The time has come, everyone! Focusing on summer seems like a myth, and if you ask me? I’ve honestly been waiting for winter. Not just because my summer was dry, but because winter feels like the season I’m in right now.
Being a woman can be fun sometimes. Being in tune with yourself is everything. Just like our menstrual cycles sync with the moon, we have our seasons. I’ve been in my winter for a while, but now it feels like this winter might be my last.
Seasons and cycles don’t matter if you’re disciplined because let’s be real, discipline conquers all. Haven’t you ever wondered who you’d become if you were consistent with no excuses? I always give myself grace as a neurodivergent individual, but I’m over all of that.
Making vision boards every year without actual plans for the day-to-day actions you’ll take is the epitome of “you can only bring the horse to the water.” When are you going to drink it?
This Q4, we are not dilly-dallying. We’re not forgetting the assignment, and even worse, we’re not settling for plan B without realizing it. You might even be completely unconscious that your day-to-day habits are just you winging it.
As I read in Atomic Habits:
“You don’t rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.”

It’s time to actually see and track what you’re doing.
One thing about ADHD is “out of sight, out of mind.” I’ve had many planners and journals I’ve loved and I still do! But looking back at what I’ve actually done, I realised the very definition of insanity: intending to complete tasks but never following through. How are you supposed to make progress if you can’t get the simple tasks done? You just can’t. Then the shame kicks in.

There’s no shame in feeling overwhelmed by months and sometimes years of tasks you wanted to do but never did.
Here’s the thing about the world, it’s designed for neurotypical people. It’s like being left-handed in a right-handed world. If you’re left-handed, you learn to use scissors made for you, continuing to use right-handed scissors only makes things harder.
That’s why I now focus on working with how my brain is wired, not against it. With ADHD, your brain lacks dopamine, so you need to create it. That’s why emphasis on time-stamping, delayed gratification, and rewards is so important. A full deep dive on ADHD is coming soon, don’t worry.
But for now, here’s my solution:

The Moudation Planner
It’s like the foundation of a mountain that is your mind, get it? This isn’t a physical planner you may close and forget. It’s digital, usable on your phone and desktop on the notion platform. I don’t know if you can relate, but my notes app has been great but is a disaster, it’s time to get organised. Let’s kick the insanity, shame and more to the curb.
With this planner, you can:
- Plan step by step for your goals instead of just making them pretty and praying for results
- Check in daily and plan in real time, not based on imagination
- Organise goals by life areas you want to improve
- Track habits, build the good, break the old, and see progress visually
- Dump endless ideas into categories so you can reference them later
Essentially, it’s your second brain. Clear your head so you can focus on what matters. Build confidence over time, knowing you’re someone does what they say they’re going to do.
Remember, the hardest part is starting and getting set up. Take it slow at first so you don’t overwhelm yourself. If you want results and not just dreams, stay tuned for The Moundations Planner coming out November 1st 2025!
I’m excited to see who you become once you start using this planner and tracking your progress. Make sure to watch this space for the release.
